Strong and branching growth but some leaves puckered?

#Lemon Strong and branching growth but some leaves puckered? I planted a seed from a store bought lemon about 1.5 years ago. It has done really well with multiple branches coming out but some of the leaves are oddly convex and almost puckered? Any ideas what caused this? Doesn’t seem to happen to the leaves now but when the plant was younger quite a few of the leaves developed this way.
1ft to light, direct
9” pot without drainage
Last watered 1 year ago
This sometimes happens due to not as much water. But, if there are no leaves like that now then you should be fine.
@LdsTree thanks for the reply. I started them in the north in the winter and was scared to over water and also had some fungus gnats issues when I started my vegetable plants indoors for the spring so was watering sparingly! Wasn’t sure if the leaves would go back to normal or just stay that way. I’m glad the new leaves appear to be healthy though.
My lemon tree sometimes has droopy leaves when watered, but if the weather is too hot. Congratulations on the growing a tree from a seed! I had a hard time with that, only one seed made it out of… 50 I guess
