If for me, I'll may consider giving her the fertilizer for leafy plant and if she is flowering and producing olives, I will also give her the fertilizer for flowers and fruits. In my country, we have fertilizers specialized for green leaves, flowers, fruits, cactus, etc. So it depends on what's the plant status.
