My Tomato plant seems stunted??? What to do

My Tomato plant ( First 4 pictures) is stunted and has looked the same for weeks. It's to the point that a YOUNGER tomato plant has surpassed it in growth (last picture). I suspected not enough sun so I moved it, but still no change. Do I need to start over?
The stunted variety is San Marzano, and the unaffected variety is Red Currant. What do I do?

Welcome to the #GregGang. We learned they really need calcium! We literally disolive some Calcium tablets in water and water ours. Or get some fertilizer just for tomatoes. They are heavy feeders! Hope this helps!! πŸŒ΅πŸ¦‹πŸœπŸͺ΄πŸžalso, putvthe tomato cage on before they get too big!
I forgot to post my pictures. And trim off the bottom leaves. This way the energy is concentrated on the top where the fruit grows..
