What Plant Is This?

It looks like a hydrangea (hortensia) possibly? Have you seen it bloom? If it is the flower heads will look something like this .. but will be different colours depending how acidic it alkaline your soil is 💚

@JenniB81 I was not referring to the Hydrangea bush that’s gone dormant, lol. I should have clarified that it was the vining plant that’s on the dead hydrangea bush that I wanted to know about 😂
