Trader joeβs monstera plant (newbie here)
#Monstera I got a monstera from TJβs a little over a week ago. Since then i have watered it once in the shower to let it drain (i saw it on tiktok) bc the soil was very dry. The leaves look like they are shriveling up so i moved them in a different window (East window) because i couldnβt tell if it was getting sunburnt. It looks like there are little baby tiny monstera plants growing in the soil but not sure? I never repotted her but will if you guys recommend me too. The plastic pot it came in is 8β diameter. It also looks like thereβs a white little mold spot by the root? I want my monstera to live her best life!! I donβt have anyone else to ask so please help we would really appreciate it!

@lucy_pothos do i have to clip anything when i repot? thank you for the advice! i really appreciate it
@lucy_pothos Yes. Also, should i get a pesticide? i peeped at the bottom of the pot holes and saw a worm looking thing and there was a tiny little black bug thing on one of the leaves
@lucy_pothos it says it has peat moss, coir, lava rock, sand, fertilizer, and a wetting agent. i also bought more perlite, peat moss and orchid bark. just wasnβt sure if i also needed a soil or just is this pink one
