I wouldn't worry she looks perfectly happy!
I will address what you are seeing to better understand your plant.
1. They have fine hairs in the stems these hairs actually contain glands that have a sticky substance. The stickiness is a normal part of this plant. (Definitely not normal in most plants). But for a morning bell it is. It looks like pollen and dirt have accumulated on the old stem. Which looks threatening but is not! 🩷
The white on the leaves looks like bird poo. I think you just have birds which is great it's a sign of a healthy garden.
So in short don't be worried. Sit in a chair with some coffee or tea and enjoy those beautiful flowers!
