I wouldn't worry she looks perfectly happy!
I will address what you are seeing to better understand your plant.
1. They have fine hairs in the stems these hairs actually contain glands that have a sticky substance. The stickiness is a normal part of this plant. (Definitely not normal in most plants). But for a morning bell it is. It looks like pollen and dirt have accumulated on the old stem. Which looks threatening but is not! ๐ฉท
The white on the leaves looks like bird poo. I think you just have birds which is great it's a sign of a healthy garden.
So in short don't be worried. Sit in a chair with some coffee or tea and enjoy those beautiful flowers!
