We call that plant: Virginia creeper. It is technically a false Virginia creeper.
it grows like crazy out here in the south with very little care.
You can propagate it directly into the ground or soil. It might be good to dip it in some rooting powder or score the stem a bit when planting it.
It likes a fair amount of dappled sun and it needs something to climb. (: Once it gets growing, it'll be amazing!
