Succulents Pups/Propogation
So I just wanted to make sure but my aloe gave me some babies. Iβve propagated lots of succulents so Iβve got that down, and if Iβm not mistaken aloe are succulents right? Anyway do I leave them on top of the dirt until they grow roots and spray them? (I know they look dry, I mist them they just get dry really fast). I just didnβt know if you should try to grow roots in water instead, (esp. since the look of it reminds me of when I started my pineapple plant and I grew that one in water). I just feel like it would rot in water.

if there arent roots, then thatβs a problem. because normally aloe pups have roots attached to them when you pick them off. you could try placing just the bottom part of the stem in water till it grows roots. and never mist aloe, itβs a succulent, so it likes to be dry. if it looks dry, thatβs perfect. water only when soil is bone dry.
