Severe gnat infestation

Repotted my monstera deliciosa about 2 months ago and it's infested. It's a glazed clay pot with drainage, soil is a mix of miracle grow moisture control potting soil with added pine bark, perlite, and sand. Never had issues with this mix before. I've tried watering it- and all my other plants that are slowly getting infested with peroxide, mosquito bits "tea", spray them constantly with neem oil, mint and rosemary oil, all of them have a layer or diatomaceous earth on the top, yellow sticky traps, and I have blue light traps all around my house.
I cannot bottom water since it's way too heavy and big to lift, and I water it every 3-4 weeks. Nothing is working.
HELP!
10ft to light, indirect
14โ€ pot with drainage
Last watered 1 month ago
Hello! For a budget-friendly way to handle gnats, you can try letting the top few inches of the soil dry out completely before watering again; gnats need moisture to survive and lay eggs. Another simple method is placing a small bowl of apple cider vinegar with a drop of dish soap nearby to trap the adults. These are effective ways to manage them without needing to buy expensive treatments. Hope monstera feels better soon ( this method is the one I tried worked perfectly for me I have a small tomato plant about 1-2 month old I used this method and all the gnats was died or flew away) Good luck ๐Ÿคž!!
