Should I tie it to itself?
This monstera is hind of spreading out. (It's not my plant so it's not in my oasis)

@Beachblooms it's in a self-watering pot
I ordered something called βLEOBRO plant support stakesβ (~$15 on amazon) for mine that Iβve been happy with. Theyβre these stainless wire stakes that interlock into a circle around the plant. Theyβre green so they blend in with the plant, and they just keep the stems reined in within a <1 foot circular area. The passive force of leaning against the circle also encourages the plant to grow upward (similar to the effect of being against a pole or tree), so within a week or two my plant started straightening out and growing upward. My plant looks much happier now and I like that itβs not taking over my very limited floor space. I know itβs not your plant, but strong recommend on the circular support stakes, it will encourage the plant to go from sprawling mode to climbing mode in a way that looks invisible and doesnβt require any maintenance (moss poles are visible and need to be soaked and replaced and can foster mold/bugs, if youβre tying the floppy plant to itself its stalks can get damaged as it grows and you canβt rely on floppy to support floppy, etc)
