Some guttation going on with my #marblequeenpothos. I have not watered her since I bought her because it seems like they deep soaked her with a hose or something at the grocery store. So much #newgrowth though!
You can also see one of my favorite paintings I've done in the background. Of course it is plants! Palm trees on a bushy island.
And I THINK my #peacelily might be giving me a flower. I could be totally wrong since she's new to my collection and I have no experience with peace lillies. What do ya'll think?
Any tips on getting a mosspole to stand up straight with some weight on it would be appreciated too. Did I possibly just buy the wrong kind? They dont work for my Monsteras either. Too skinny maybe? #jungleboogie

@captainstardust aww, so cute! Fortunately none of my five cats enjoy climbing moss poles lol. My foster kitty Trixie enjoy chewing on them, so that's been an adjustment π₯΄
@WandrngDudette sounds like your pothos has typical commercial grower water-retaining soil. That way they don't have to water them as often, but the downside is that the soil stays wet forever. Especially in a grocery store where they're not getting proper light. Are you planning to repot soon? Typically I wait a bit to repot new plants, unless the soil is a soupy wet mess. Btw, love the painting! π» And yep, looks like your peace lily is blooming. The flowers aren't much to look at though, being of the spathe & spadix variety π

@captainstardust How cute!!! What's the little tiger's name?
@stephonicle I've lost a few dark green leaves to yellowing so I was thinking about repotting to check out the roots. They are not sticking out of the bottom yet, but its a pretty full pot of lushiness.
I wasn't expecting a flower with how small the plant is! How exciting! Even if they are Plain Jane's.
