Wow those leaves are glossy. What a beauty. (*goes to get a rag to dust off their own plants which hasn't been done for ages*)
Ours is so skinny and crispy. What's your trick?
@MusicalRedmint lol I know right I feel like I'm constantly dusting leaves. @CleanRoccaverde ya know I'm not sure... I keep them fairly consistently moist. I usually use distilled or rain water. And now most of mine have a grow light on them also, and they seem to enjoy that.
Especially if you have pets πŸ˜… I've resigned myself to just having "matte" plants. I just got my dottie a few weeks ago and I've decided I will use her as a meter/reminder for when it is dusting time for all the c orchids, where the first isn't quite as obvious. As opposed to her, what you see every little speck πŸ˜…
πŸ€·β€β™€οΈI guess the matte look is also okay
@JesssJungle soo prettyπŸ€—πŸ€—πŸͺ΄πŸ
My Dottie is starting to come along too after a bad root-rot incident when I got her last yearπŸ™ˆπŸ˜Š
What a stunning plant πŸ–€ Is that a zz in the bottom left corner?
Absolutely gorgeous!
@GaryPoopins yes it's a black (raven) ZZ! 😁 Love this one too.
@MusicalRedmint yes it is! 😊 She's beautiful.
@Chevysgirl11 @Gustavo @GenerousRedCap thank you guys, she's one of my very favorites. πŸ–€
@MockingJay oh wow a great recovery from root rot! It's looking nice now. It's always iffy with these because they do like their soil a bit moist but not TOO moist, ya know? I know Calatheas seem to really like you as well, you have some beauties!
@MusicalRedmint 🀣
