Ladybug solved my zebra plant bug problem!

I’ve been having bug problems for months with my zebra plant. Nothing worked. Finally today is the first time I put my plant outside and that awesome ladybug is taking care of the problem! #HappyPlants #PlantAddict #helpfromnature #GregGang

Yay for ladybug 🐞.
That has to be just about the cutest lady bug I’ve ever seen
Love this:

Beautiful lady, great photo and - if it was possible - an extra thumbs up for the #helpfromnature tag. 🌷
@CorvidFan thank you 😊
This is such a great picture. Ple chunky lady bug working hard ☺️
This made me smile
Aww! That's so awesome. Nature is so amazing. πŸ₯°
i love lady bugs :,) i always find 18-dotted lady bugs. it’s my fav & lucky number bc of them hehe
I love lady bugs! I work at an organic food store and sometimes lady bugs, very much alive, will come in on my produce. Always a good sign!
Ooohhh how lovely!!! 😍
You can buy more ladybugs and lacewing larvae and even praying mantis eggs at most local nurseries. That’s the best way to get rid of the bad bugs is to invite the good predators to take care of them. That’s also why I leave any spiders on my plants also. If the good bugs don’t get rid of the infestation then almost nothing else will except maybe systemic poisons like bonide granules but I try to avoid using that if I don’t need too. I’d rather let ladybugs do all the work. And they will stay as long as there’s bugs for them to eat
Just be on the lookout for any imposters. The M on the forehead is what I look for. Only ladybugs get to stay in my plants. The Asian beetle imposters on the other hand got to go. https://a-z-animals.com/blog/ladybug-vs-asian-beetle-5-key-differences-explained/
They look almost the same
@SirLiquorice
This is fascinating. I had no idea.

Where I am there's another invasive beetle that damages plants but by comparison it's a straight up wolf, rather than a wolf in sheep's clothing.

"Popillia japonica was found for the first time in B.C. in the False Creek area of Vancouver in 2017. P. japonica is an invasive, regulated pest that feeds on the roots of turf grass and foliage of more than 300 plant species including both food and landscape plants. If this pest spreads, it could cause damage to B.C.’s agricultural sector, as well as food and ornamental gardens and turf in lawns, parks, sports fields and golf courses."
@KrunchyWrapz I thanked her a lot loll
@SirLiquorice learned something new today! Didn’t know about the M mark.
@SlinkyTomato I don’t say this often about bugs, but that has to be the cutest lil ladybug ever 🐞🐞
