Photo from last night while he was closed up. I love seeing that he has moved a little when I glance over at him. πͺ΄

@elisenavidad , I don't know a whole lot about plant movement, but I do know that Calatheas close up at night like this. That's why their nickname is "prayer plant." π
@JesssJungle shoot well maybe I am crazy then LOL cuz it was my Swiss cheese plant bahahaha

@SimpleSucculent As far as I know those two you mentioned have nothing in common. Let's clear up a common misconception right off the bat. The Rattlesnake Plant (Calathea lancifolia) and the Snake Plant (Sansevieria trifasciata) are two different species. They might share a slithery name, but their effects on our feline friends are not the same. The 1st pic = Rattlesnake plant, the 2nd pic Snake plant aka Sansevieria.
@Ms.Persnickety ok thatβs what I though
@MockingJay absolutely! They are just as pretty on the underside.
@Ms.Persnickety I love the name of the snake plant in German: Schwiegermutterzunge Pflanzeβ¦ Mother-in-law tongue plant! πππ
@NimbleRosemoss Sehr witzig, dass wusste ich nicht!
