@planthoe40 Hi Misty, I’m afraid I can’t tell from this photo. Can you try another picture with the leaf in focus? My guess is a blemish of some kind. Quite common in outdoor or nursery grown hoyas and usually nothing to worry about. But if I could see a clear photo I might be able to be sure.
Oh gosh! I’m really not as good with Hoyas, I just barely started out with the Hoyas myself. But @DreamMachine is amazing! So is @debbiedo, @MariansOasis @princesspitstop @Jho Fiddle-sticks! Someone help me out here, Deb is??

@planthoe40 @debbiedo with these new pics I’m still thinking what I said earlier, looks like cosmetic damage of some kind. What does the back of the leaf look like? I would just be sure to quarantine your new plant from others and keep an eye on it.
I’m with @DreamMachine and the gang that it’s physical damage. I’d keep an eye on it and remove it if it really starts to bother you. My kerrii has similar damage that didn’t ever go anywhere so I left it alone.
