Does anyone know how to help my plant? Hello fellow plant lovers!😄I have a couple questions regarding my Tree Aeonium. The first one is is this a Tree Aeonium?🌱I bought this little guy and without a tag, and I’m not quite sure if that is what it’s called… Second, and most importantly, ever since I got him, his leaves (is that what their called!?) have been drying out and falling off. I have no idea why, and have been trying multiple things to help, but nothings working. If anyone has any questions or advice, it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks again!

I got this plant as a clipping, put it in soil, removed it from the soil because it was needed elsewhere, propagated it in water and then put it back into soil and it is thriving.

Get succulent soil from a home improvement store like Lowe’s or Home Depot, it helps it stay alive better. Make sure to have a pot with drain holes in the bottom, and not a miniature pot, around 4-6 inches should do. This plant craves sun light, and when it gets enough, it will turn towards the sun and turn a dark, rich red/purple color, so make sure to put this plant in a place with a lot of sunlight. It needs to be watered about every 6 days plus or minus but if you forget , no worries, it’s leaves will wrinkle but soon after you water it, the leaves will plump up again since this is a resilient plant.

Spiders love this plant! It’s a true survivor my tortoise almost ate all of it. It repaired itself and grew to be pretty!
