How to fertilize Fernwood Snake Plant
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Fernwood Snake Plant after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

#NewPlantMom My mom had this outside her shop for a while .. I’m in San Diego CA so it super sunny but this plant got neglected! I’m wondering if it’s possible to bring it back to life? I notice baby growth at the very bottom ! But like do I need to trim? Take some off? I’m a new plant mom 😭

Everyone, meet Eeka, my darling little, first-ever snake plant. I’d been eyeing the laurentii in the #GregPlantShop ever since I was let in last month, and after Sarah @RealSimpleMama) got two new snakes last week, I finally jumped on the slippery slope train and ordered myself this sweet little girl. She’s named after one of my childhood best friend’s 5-foot long Rosie Boa. I’ve always loved the name he’d given that snake and have always wanted to use it myself. Can’t wait to see how she grows and if she’ll be as twisty as I’m hoping! 🐍 🌱 💚 #PlantAddict #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #NewPlants #SnakePlant #PlantMafia

Adding Humidity Outside Hello! For the first time ever I'm trying the whole "move your inside plants outside" thing and put my biggest snake on my front porch. Its leaves are cracking, and I'm guessing it is due to humidity. And ideas on how to increase outside humidity without creating a mosquito breeding ground? Or should I bring it in and put it by a humidifier at night? Or maybe bring it in for another month? #snakeplant #greghelp #sanseveria #newenglandplants 🌱 #NewEnglandGregGang 🌱 #MaineGang 🌱 #ThePlantMompy
