How to fertilize Peperomia manabina
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Peperomia manabina after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

My peperomia was on her last legs a while ago, so I cleaned her up and let her propagate for a while to regrow some of her roots. I just replanted her today… she is looking a bit sad but with some promising new growth! Any tips? #Peperomia #planthelp

String of Turtles Care #Peperomia #StringOfTurtles I just got this string of turtles, and I don’t want to screw her up! I’m used to letting Peperomias dry all the way out before watering, but I read somewhere that you shouldn’t do that with this plant. Is it true? I’ve already overwatered a Peperomia before which led to root rot and fungus gnats.

How can I change my peperomia’s soil without damaging the roots? I got this plant, identified by Greg as a peperomia rosso. The soil it came in is spongy and holds together similar to a foam plug, but it’s all the soil in its 4” pot. I think this soil holds moisture for too long. I’d like to get this plant into a well-draining mix, but I don’t know how to get this spongy soil off its roots without damaging the roots. Any suggestions?
