To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Bracken Brown Beauty Magnolia after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

I’m beyond excited to welcome Little Gemma to my plant family. Magnolias are my favourite flower but I’d never thought I’d have my very own. #Magnolia #wishlistplant #plantmom

I think she’s dead…😕 I live in southwestern oregon and we’ve had a few freezes but no heavy snow or anything, she gets plenty of water but not as much sunshine. (it’s Oregon haha) There are no new leaves, buds or growth of any kind. 🤨 #Magnolia #MulanMagnolia #PlantAddict #OutdoorGrowing #OutsidePlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #HappyPlants

Suckers on Magnolia? Is it okay that my #Magnolia is doing this? I have lots more and they aren’t does this. On some other trees it’s typically called a sucker, which is generally bad for the plants health. OoOoh! Also…if I cut these sprouts off, can I propagate em?? #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #NewGrowth #OutdoorGrowing #Magnolia #FloweringPlants #help

Another #Magnolia question: I found a lone seed pod on the ground (well I mean there were tons of others but this one looks different than the rest!) It’s dried out and looks a bit like a pine cone. But it has a split in it and several red seeds(?) are showing (first pic). Is this how I propagate them? Instead of the green seed pods? #Magnolia #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #OutdoorGrowing #outdoorgardens #PropagationStation #Propagation #Seedpod

Little Gem Magnolia Salvageable? Planted these little gem magnolias ~ 1 month ago and am struggling to figure out what’s wrong with it and how/if it’s possible to save the one on the left. I am in west Texas and have been watering it a lot (with a sprinkler system to also water my lawn) since it’s hot and dry here, but my soil meter says max moisture so I’m wondering if it’s root rot for being overwatered. The ine in the right is doing better but has some yellowing on the top and gets a little more shade due to the wall on the right/west and slightly less water due to sprinkler position. Anyone have thoughts or ideas on how to save these? #Magnolia #littlegem
