It’s kind of fragile and fussy but it bounces back each time. Hates soggy soil. Likes shade but not too much. Do not overwater. I aerate the substrate with perlite.

Super cute, paddle shaped leaves, smaller and more compact that other ctenanthes. Seems to like the little window ledge with western sun, some shade on the hottest part of the day, has grown two new leaves so I’m hopeful this little babe will bloom in my care.
