How to fertilize Calico Hearts
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Calico Hearts after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Have you guys moved your plants before? Hello! I’m going to be moving in a couple weeks and I was wondering on how to move my plant with me. Luckily I’m not far up the road from my new place but I just wanted to know if anyone had any tips on how to move into my new place with my plant without killing it. I would appreciate any feedback!!! #HappyPlants #SucculentLove #MovingPlants #CacClique #BearsPaw

Why is my girl so sad?? Anybody know why she’s been dropping leaves like crazy recently? I moved her outside, thinking she just needs more sunlight than she’s been getting recently, but if anything she looks even worse today!! #helpneeded #CliffCotyledon

How to care for her in means of trimming dead stuff / above soil roots showing? #CliffCotyledon I bought this poor thing from my local Walmart.. my husband put it outside not thinking about how it was supposed to be an indoor plant.. ever since, I've been trying to nurse her back to thriving. Lost the majority of her, but I've got new growth, just want to clean up what isn't serving her anymore.. but I don't want to lose any more either.. need trimming help.. bad

Is it better to water with distilled water? I was told to use it specificially for my pitcher plant, but for succulents i wasnt sure if theyd prefer the distilled or sink water more #succulents #watering

Help. So these two have been growing… a lot. And I’ve been needing to do a repot but I’m afraid. I keep them well watered but they still lose about 15289 beans each time I touch them. Any tips? I also want to put them in little hanging baskets instead of normal pots so they can trail more. Any ideas to help meeeee? 🌱☀️❤️

SCARIEST REPOT EVER *breathing into a paper bag* Ok. I did it. I’m fine everything is fine. Well actually not. I posted earlier about needing to repot two trailing plants. I got hanging baskets that I like, had enough of my soil mix, and I did it! Then my cat tripped me as I carried them back inside and one flew EVERYWHERE. I literally burst into tears and covered my face in my hands. Cried it out and then cleaned it up. Which took approximately FOR F***ING EVER. Then repot it AGAIN. Repotting these guys is so stressful! Here’s a pic of the one who didn’t explode all over the kitchen. 🌱☀️❤️ #repot #BurrosTail #SucculentSquad #HangingPlants

Bear Paw sick 😢 Hi friends! My Bear Paw succulent has been declining over the last several weeks and I cannot figure out what’s wrong! It gets 12 hours of bright light per day, it’s in a gritty mix with excellent drainage, and it’s watered every 2 weeks or so—after making sure it’s 100% dry. No pests (the wisps are errant dog hairs, my chihuahua sheds like crazy! I removed them) and I treated it with a fungicide just in case but there’s been no improvement. I just can’t figure out what is wrong 😭 @SvelteKingfern do you have any ideas? #SucculentSquad #SucculentLove #Succulents #BearsPaw
