I had him next to our balcony window and he started to brown but once moved he seem to do much better with less sun!

If not receiving adequate water & sunlight, leaves will fall off. Fast. But once given necessary requirements it’ll bounce back and be fine!

I bought this plant from ikea 2 years ago. For about a year and a half it was thriving and grew quite lush. After that, the leaves were all turning yellow and brown. I cut them all off in my attempt to save the plant which is why it looks like that. I have 2 more of these and the same thing happened to them as well. Not sure what to do anymore but I will try to repot it and see if that helps

I love the color of this plant. Just haven’t had a lot of luck with it. Every leaf that browns is at least replaced by another. But after almost 2 years I haven’t seen a lot of growth.

It will grow fast. I have had to change its location three times so that it has enough room to grow. That being said it is a wonderful plant that is quite strong.

I love watching this plant grow. It was tiny when I got it a few years ago. Now it’s about 3’ tall and has a second stalk which is growing rapidly. Looks beautiful in my LR corner, the perfect decor.

It really is a survivor, I left home for about 2 weeks and kind of forgot about it, but when I came back it was still looking lush and happy as always. I’ve had it for about a year and it hasn’t failed me yet, even with my inconsistent watering. I have it in the corner of my room away from the window & it seems happy and healthy so i’d say it’s a good first plant!
