My cat who thinks she is a Master Gardner knocked this plant over and broke off the top. I was able to root the top in water. While that was rooting the base of the plant sprouted 3 new limbs. I potted the rooted top back in the planter with the base of the plant . Now I like this plant much more :)

Less water than usual, soak the soil until it drains than every 7 days water it! Sow growing and so fun!

Love the colors on this plant and since getting it two months ago the new leafs just keep on coming. I like how the leafs grow from the inside, such a cool plant.

Meh, underwhelming of a plant. If you want something to fill your space and be fool proof, sure. Nothing too exciting for me though.

I’m learning that she does like the direct sunlight but she is holding it together! I also travel a lot so I tend to over water her before I leave and we’re always balanced when I come home. We work well together. And my cat doesn’t try to to eat her while we’re gone.

I left it outside on a sunny day when I first got it and scorched it’s leaves but it actually lived! I learned quite a bit about the plant and now limit it to indirect light. Back then I thought all plants needed direct sun.

I have a shady room, so it made it difficult for a while. I accidentally gave my plant root rot, and cutting the roots back made it thrive. It was originally in a group of 3, but separating and putting it in well draining soil makes a huge difference.

Whatever you do, don’t take it outside for direct sun if it’s been an indoor plant. They get sunburn easily! I’m still trying to get mine to recover poor thing.

She can be easily over water by its looks. I found myself at first over watering it and had it close to a drafty area and she didn’t like it. Once I moved her to a better dimmed area and paid more kind on its water habits and it began to flourish.
