i don’t have lots of experience with velvet anthuriums but so far my plant is growing well. so far it has behaved like your typical anthurium.
what i love the most about this plant is its foliage. although mine is currently just a seedling, it’s already showing some promising signs of stunning foliage. if you are getting this i would recommend having an intermediate level of experience with anthuriums because this is more costly than some and may be harder to please.
