Finding light for chinese evergreen in your home
chinese evergreen can tolerate being far from a window and light source.
Place it less than 6 feet from a south-facing window to ensure it receives enough light to survive 💪.
Select your region to see how the current weather in your area affects the placement of chinese evergreen in your home 🏡.
How to fertilize chinese evergreen
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your chinese evergreen after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Curling leaves Evening Plant Team, Any advice please on what may be wrong with my ‘Aglaonema Mix’ plant? I’ve noticed recently that its leaves are curling and I’m not sure what this may be from? It was watered a couple of days ago. #Aglaonema #NewPlantMom

I have two Chinese Evergreen’s and the Greg app is telling me to water them today but the soil seems too damp to need watering. Should I do as the app says and water them? #Aglaonema

WILD! Two of my #Aglaonema are flowering (well, in the process of making flowers, at least!)! I am stunned because one, my #AglaonemaMaryAnn is in the dimmest spot in the house and although she puts out leaves like crazy and is totally content, I never thought she would flower because she doesn’t get much light. And even crazier is that my little baby pictum tricolor which only has 6 leaves, is apparently putting out 2 flowers right now! Thank you to @LittleSongbird for helping me figure it out 💚🌿 I wish you could tag more than one plant in a post, but here are pictures of the little flower buds. I can’t believe they are so happy they’re flowering lol. It’s exciting! #AglaonemaAddicts #FloweringPlants #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #NewGrowth #PlantTherapy #VariegationAppreciation #PLANTMAFIA #GregGang #babevila

Water 💧 What does it mean when the flower buds and some leaves have water on them? Is that a good or bad thing? Also, when should I water it? I last watered it when I purchased it on 10/20/24. Please advise! 🥲 #Aglaonema #chineseevergreen
