My plant is not doing well. Bent down and droopy. Suggestions? #Aglaonema

Grow Light? #HappyPlants #Dieffenbachia #Aglaonema I decided to bring a few of babies in to my desk. My office is surrounded by natural light and windows, (there are windows adjacent 3-6 feet from multiple directions) but it’s slightly obscured by the way the cubicle is set up. I bought a grow light, but now second guessing if they need it in here. Do you think they will be fine without it, or would you put a grow light in the middle?

Does my pink splash look like it’s doing ok? I’m wondering if the smaller leaves on the bottom are typical in size or if it needs more light to get bigger leaves. Thanks! #Aglaonema

Why is my plant yellow #Aglaonema

I got this plant a few weeks ago and the bottom most leaf is turning yellow. I did plant it in a slightly bigger pot and it is a self watering pot but doesn’t seem crazy wet to me. Any ideas? 🥹 #Aglaonema
