These two are my little Desert Rose cuttings. The goal is to get them THICK like their mama. 😂 Am I being patient? Absolutely not. Am I trying to stay positive and trust the process? Yes. 😅 For now, we wait… we water… we encourage… and we stare at them approximately 47 times a day. 👀🌱 Come on, babies. Give momma some chunky little trunks! 🥹💚 #PatienceIsAVirtue #DesertRosePlant #PropagationStation #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #SucculentSquad #SucculentLove #PlantTherapy #PlantLove

My desert rose plant has sparse leaves and they fall off easily. I have her sitting in my window she gets direct light. She’ll grow leaves & sometimes she’ll flower, but the leaves get brown & crispy, then fall off. What am I doing wrong? #DesertRosePlant

UPDATE My flowering young desert rose (Thar) has finally started to bloom, and after doing some research, I found that this little one might be an Adenium socotranum; which would explain why it looks so different from the rest of its seedmates. Honestly, I thought it was elongating despite being in full Florida sun 😅 (family photo below). This also means that there is a good chance that I wasn't ripped off and these little guys are in fact different species I just have to wait for another one to flower to be 100% sure. For now, I'll just gush at how cute, unique, and chubby they all are currently 😙. #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #SucculentLove #RarePlants #SucculentSquad #Succulents #Succulent #DesertRosePlant #FloweringPlants #flowerpower

One of my desert rose saplings is flowering; it was part of a mixed seed batch, so this one is looking like your common red desert rose. However, I won't officially know until it blooms ☺️. #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #SucculentLove #PlantLove #SucculentSquad #Succulents #Succulent #DesertRosePlant #desert
