Yellow Spots I dont know what’s happening. Almost all the leafs it came with have died due to yellowing and rotting. I make sure to water it on time and wait for the soil to be dried before each watering. Can someone tell me if im doing something wrong? Also the leaves are long for some reason

Agave bad hair day I have this beautiful large agave bad hair day. I’m not sure if the blooms are crazy cool or crazy creepy. 😂 but my question is will it die now that it bloomed?
