1. water less for now. 2. turn it upside down and take it out of the pot and check out the roots to make sure you don’t have root rot. If you see any black gnarly roots, cut them off and repot. it’s not their natural active growing season so if it bounces back, it will do that slowly. Id water every 10 days if its off season.

also, you have it in succulent soil, so you may want to add some organic matter to the top of the soil, like earthworm, castings, tree, fern, fiber, or compost… Maybe once it shows new growth, but def before it buds.

@JubilantTearose how much water would you recommend? i recently got it checked for root rot a month ago and it was repotted. i then watered until the water was draining from the bottom but im not sure if ive overdone it. the branches are green on the inside after trimming the dead branches off.
