Charcoal if you have it. Remove it and let the soil dry out. You can add the charcoal to the top is guess or remove a top portion and make a mix. Maybe a fan to circulate the air around your monstera.

I used to get white mold on the top of some of my plants and from what I researched it wasn't really harmful, thankfully. I ended up changing the soil in the pots to something more well-draining and also put rocks in the bottom of the pots with only one drainage hole so there'd be more airflow and it fixed my problem.

You can sprinkle a little cinnamon on the soil. 🙂

@PremiumPipevine I would dig out the mold and replace it with new soil. That’s what I do with some of my plants that have had it before. I haven’t had any more issues. But like @Roserade said I have heard cinnamon does help.
