Tis the Season…For Christmas Cactus!
Happy #whatthesuccwednesday ! It’s about that time of year when you can expect to start seeing a lot more blooms from these winter growers - Schlumbergera bridgesii! These plants are what we consider to be “tropical or jungle cacti” - they are native to Brazil! They will bloom for a long time indoors. Known by the common names ‘Christmas Cactus’ or ‘Thanksgiving Cactus’ due to the time that they bloom in the Northern Hemisphere. If you’ve been wanting to get one of these seasonal delights, we have added new cultivars to the webshop in a variety of bloom colors! Do you have any Schlumbergera in your collection?
