These plants love sun. I’ve read they bloom in spring and early summer so maybe it’s past the bloom time this year or it could be your plant isn’t getting enough direct sunlight to push out the flowers. Here is some care info I found online that might help. If you want to make sure you@need a bigger pot, I would take a look at the roots first to see if the plant is rootbound. If it is, then it is time for a new pot and I would got to 8 inch with drainage.

Oscularia Deltoides flowers intensely in spring and early summer. I don’t know where you live, but if you’re in an area that is in the end of summer that could be the problem. It shouldn’t have anything to do with the pot size.
In general your plants of any kind will flower when they’re happy. If you provide appropriate light, water, soil, and fertilizer they should flower in due time. 😊
