Iβm watering regularly but keep getting brown tips
0ft to light, indirect
6β pot with drainage
Last watered 4 years ago
@RegalBagpod If the leaf tips of your calla lily are turning brown, you may be watering too much. Brown leaf tips may signal excessive fertilizer.
There is no real method for fixing a drooping calla unless it is simply wilting. In that case, just give it a drink and it should perk up in a day or two. Callas grow from bulbs, which need to be planted in well drained soil and, if potted, in an unglazed pot that will allow excess moisture to evaporate.
Water. Don't water your calla lilies too heavily, especially after initially planting them. Once the rhizomes are established, you can water the plants once a week or more frequently if experiencing especially hot or drought-like conditions.
EDIT: I noticed your pot doesnβt have drainage so be careful when watering. Stick your finger in the soil about 3β and if itβs dry water it, if not then hit the snooze button.
