😭 i dont understand. What can i do?

Long story short. I saved this rehab alocasia last yr, she started growing, gave me 4 new leaves, then stopped growing then two leaves started turning yellow with no new growth. I gave her fertilizer, aeration, humidity tray, nothing, so i decided to repot her in leca, months later still nothing, so i moved her to bathroom with more humidity, then this yellowing happened, so i put her right in front of east facing window next to humidifier in kitchen and now this, only have two leaves left, both dying (her roots seem healthy af!....what am i doing wrong?! I gave her everything....and i had many ppl tell me alocasia love leca....im so pissed. #plantaddict #gregfeedback #greggerssupportinggreggers #greggang #alocasiaaddicts #plantsmakepeoplehappy
11ft to light, indirect
5” pot without drainage
Last watered 4 days ago
Im going through the same thing. Are you giving distilled water? I’m starting to think maybe that’s it for me at least but I did read somewhere about fertilizing but I’m very new to this
@JulisJungle I only use distilled water.... And I use Hydroponic fertilizer.
I love alocasias and theyyyyyy don't love me back. I feel like you never know what it's going to want or need until you've tried everything, which is absurd.

I've found that for the ones that are super fussy I do leca in a basket just like you are, but that they needed/wanted WAY more light than I thought. They literally sit under a grow light now and won't stop growing. I'm annoyed but trying to be happy I finally figured it out πŸ˜‚

If the only leaves are yellowing you might need to start from corm. So cut them off and tape a humidity dome overtop until it grows again. 🀞🏼
i’m going through the same thing. mine dropped all but one leaf 😭
@shopofhorrors hopefully with the suggestion from @PlantMompy we will have better luck. Glad I’m not the only one with a love/hate relationship with her Alocasia πŸ˜…πŸ«ΆπŸΌ
