Every leaf on my monstera has brown spots not responding ...

#Monstera
You can take it out of the pot and check the roots for root rot. Do you have it close to a window? They almost look like burns.
I agree with @VipSeraphina the leaves almost look burned. Was it too close to the to direct Sun? I have mine potted in a chunky aroid mix with coco coir, chunky coco chips, chunky pearlite, chunky charcoal, and I like to add chunky pumice. I eye the amount just making sure it’s chunky and water flows through it fast. Hope this helps πŸ’š
The brown spot with yellow halo is a sign your Monstera has bacteria leaf spot. This is usually a sign your plant has been overwater. (I agree with @VipSeraphina too.)
▫️But it could also be a sign that your humidity level is too high or there is an insufficient air circulation. Overcrowding could also be the culprit. Is it too close to the other plants in your oasis?
▫️But, if your plant’s pot has No Drainage, then the excess water at the bottom of the pot is suffocating its roots. 😞 Re-pot it in fresh dry potting soil and use a pot with drainage. @buzzie gave you some great amendments to add to your potting soil.
▫️It looks like your plant is double potted. Before watering, Always remove your plant out of the outer pot, to make sure your plant is not sitting in excess water.
πŸ’§Reduce the watering: If you use the finger-soil test before you water your plant, your Monstera will be able to tell you it’s thirsty. πŸ™ƒ
πŸ™ I hope your Monstera will make a speedy recovery.
@PurelyMuntingia water meter will help after with all your plant in the future. Before water check and see if it needs any.
Maybe you need more humidity
