Really tall, stems breaking, now brand new leaves wilted.

I am stumped by what my callalily is doing. It came back from dormancy and got really really tall. Then the stems started breaking and falling over, and now the new little leaves are already dead, but the older leaves are fine. No sign of a flower yet, I usually only get 1 per summer 😞

My mother used to use bamboo stakes to hold them up. Kept them together with Velcro straps similar to the ones you’re using. If you get a taller one, it might help them not breaking, I suppose

Perhaps use straps to hold them together at different heights? Just food for thought here
