Just recently started getting into fertilizers, wanted to know if foliage pro can be used along side. with super thrive ? Or used by itself? It’s worth noting the primary nutrients are 9-3-6 and 0-0-0.
Super Thrive does actually contain less than 1% of each of these ingredients which is how they can claim 0-0-0. Super Thrive also claims it can be used in conjunction with fertilizers.
That being said, if you are already using a fertilizer like Foliage Pro, it’s only worth using Super Thrive on the plants that actually need the boost in what it provides.

Building on @SpikeKing19 think of SuperThrive as a root stimulant, and foliage pro as a fertilizer. Long term usage for stimulants has been show to cause issues like stunted growth or kill the plant, so use it while rooting and maybe once a month.
