Alocasia growth rate
So, I bought this #Alocasia Silver Dragon. I’m obsessed, it’s beautiful, I really wanted one for a long time. I’ve had him for about 2 months now, and from the very beginning I saw a new leaf coming… the things is, in all this time it’s has grown roughly 2-3cm… is this normal? I’m I being impatient or am I missing something? Any tips? #ThanksForPhotosynthesis

Ok, he's stressed, clearly. He's drooping and his growth is, not being a growth.
First thing is to check for root rot. Second thing is to give him the proper care until he decides to do something and not be a bum. Give bright, indirect light, water when the top 50% of the soil is dry, make sure he has plenty of humidity and a warm environment

Alocasia are also heavy feeders, so they love a good fertilizer. Make sure to follow the direction on the fertilizer
