Should I put cuttings in a new pot?

This is Monty. Monty has crazy aerial roots. Should I cut these stalks and plant them in a new pot?
4ft to light, indirect
7โ€ pot without drainage

Aerial roots are normal and healthy for the plant. Do not cut them apart just because of the aerial roots. They look healthy and fine to me. Maybe try getting a humidifier or putting Monty with more plants to increase the humidity that those aerial roots are searching for if it's not already pretty humid.
@ExecAudreyficus Should I put it in a bigger pot to cover those roots?
Nope ^^
Aerial roots are supposed to be aerial and grow without soil. They are an adaptation of the plant to cling onto vertical surfaces such as the trees they grow on in the wild. If you want something to put newer aerial roots on, I would find a pole of some sort to root them in.
Not much you can do with the longer aerial roots besides leave them be or if you really hate them you can remove them, but that would be an unnecessary action that risks infection through the wounds. The roots also hold some of the plant's nutrients, so removing them would be taking away nutrients it was storing.
Ohh okay! That makes sense. Thank you! I have the pot on a desk and Iโ€™m afraid of sitting it on the floor since the roots are longer than the pot right now.
