When should transplant to a bigger pot?
2ft to light, indirect
5β pot with drainage
Last watered 11 months ago
Transplant when you notice:
1. Roots circling or coming out of the drainage holes
2. Soil dries out very quickly after watering
3. Growth is stunted or flowering stops early
4. Crowding of rhizomes (thick, horizontal underground stems)

Ideal Timing:
β’ Late winter to early spring, just as the plant starts showing new growth, is the best time to repot.
β’ If itβs already in active growth and seems rootbound now, go ahead and move up just 1β2 inches in pot size (from 5β to 6β7β).

Tips for Success:
β’ Use well-draining potting mix (mix in perlite or coarse sand).
β’ Make sure the new pot has drainage holes.
β’ Water thoroughly after transplanting and place it in bright, indirect light.
