How much light does it get? What's your watering routine like? Just based on the photo, it looks like it either got scorched from too much direct sunlight, or dried out from inconsistent watering, or both.

Hey, I dont want to be an absolute Negative Nancy, but I think it's better to give up on him rather than try too hard and kill him anyway. It's okay if you really tried, though.

@dinosgoroarr I'd like to add, maybe give it less sun? It looks scorched. And make sure it drains properly to avoid root rot

@BossPapaya39, It looks like it has way too much sun, it looks like it's either dead or dying, try watering it more often and if it isn't planted yet try putting it in a shady place where it doesn't get that much sun. If it's hot or warm out try taking it inside for it to cool. I hope this helps!
