@InfiniteBacopa also this pot doesn’t have drainage so water maybe sitting at the bottom of the pot.

@InfiniteBacopa Gardeners in zones 10 to 12 can grow schefflera plants outdoors in full to partial sun in moist, well-drained soil. When grown outdoors, mature Schefflera actinophylla plants will bloom during the summer.

Make sure your plant has drainage. Indirect light is good as long as it's BRIGHT.

Have you recently acquiredοΏΌ it? It might need time to acclimate to your place.
