My rubber plant leaves are turning brown #RubberPlant

Do you guys know why leaves are turning brown? Is this sun damage? Its next to the window… or something else?
How often are you watering it?
Watering about 10 days apart, when Greg app suggested to water..
In these 10 days does the soil dry out?
I did not check the soil, do you think its due to over watering? I can check the soil and, reduce watering frequency. Thanks!
Greg can be off sometimes- especially depending on the humidity and heat in your home. Always check the the plant before you water. And do a little online research. Some plants like to be a little moist all the time while other need to DRYYYY out in between watering. πŸ˜ƒ
I was doing some reading about my own. They suggested making sure the bottom base of the soil is dry and to make sure it’s in a spot with indirect light and high humidity. Like a bathroom. Hope that helps.
@ProAgboy i am developing a habit of touching soil and lift the pot up to see whether it looks somewhat dry 🧐 I identified two of my pots holding onto water πŸ’¦ this plant has a new leaf looks pretty healthy so hopefully she is okay~ πŸ€—
