Leaves curling but still stiff. Am I over watering?

First I have to ask is it in a terracotta pot or a plastic pot that looks like terracotta?

Also how often are you watering?
I ask because it actually looks like your tomatoes are underwatered. That causes the leaf curling and stiff texture.

If it was overwatered that can also cause curling but the leaves would be very soft.

Texas gets hot ๐Ÿฅต like CA. Mine need to be watered every single day. Yours will absolutely need to be watered every day. And if she's in a real terracotta pot then you will need to water twice a day because terracotta pulls water away from the roots of the plant very quickly. On top of that they actually absorb the sun and get hot and heat up actually radiating the heat into the soil. Further drying it out. I'm all for terracotta for some plants. But not tomatoes.
It's not a tomato plant, it's a curly-leafed aloe
