Some blown at the edge of the leaf

Hi any idea why some of my leaf Edge turn blown izzit because of water? When I touch the leaf it don't feel dry.

￼ I think possibly that the medium is not holding enough moisture. It says that you are using orchid bark in your plant information. Maybe mix some coco coir or potting soil into that mix to retain a little bit more moisture. With your location I’m sure your humidity level should be okay￼
