Leaves are drooping and growing thin, any suggestions?

I see you have a pot without drainage. This may be the cause. I would remove the plant and see how wet the soil is. You can drill a hole in the bottom of the pot with a masonry drill bit to provide drainage. This is a euphorbia. It should be treated like a succulent: planted in fast draining soil and recieve lots of light with drainage so it doesn’t sit in water. Don’t water again for a while. I’d even sit the plants out of the pot with all of its soil on paper towels to help absorb the excess water. Replace the paper towels as needed to help keep absorbing that water out of the soil. Only water lightly when needed but keep the soil slightly moist, not wet. Good luck and I hope it perks up!
Thank you! The pot does have a hole with a plastic cover, I will remove the plastic plug and not water in a while. Thanks for the tips πŸ™ŒπŸΌ
