Whatโ€™s wrong with my Ruby Necklace plant ?

My string of rubies recently started yellowing leaves, and some of the yellow ones look wrinkly, as if they need water. However I water every two weeks or so, (since they are a string succulent), and I only bottom water. We have been having less sun recently but it still getting sunlight. It was very healthy and happy until recently. I donโ€™t think itโ€™s overwatering, because I donโ€™t water it often. I havenโ€™t checked the roots for rot, because well.. we all know that repotting strings, can be a daunting task. I havenโ€™t changed the pot/dirt since I got it, but I know I probably should since itโ€™s from Home Depot. My strings never last in the dirt that it comes potted in. #SucculentSquad #Succulents #help #Greggers #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #SucculentLove

Maybe the soil has compacted and become hydrophobic.

But ..I will say that my Burro's Tail has a lot of PALE colored leaves ATM, and I believe it is because that plant is more sensitive to cold. It got into the low 40s last night. So, that plant came in this morning for some grow light therapy.
@UltraKoreanfir yes thatโ€™s a possibility, I was hoping that it wasnโ€™t the issue because I know that repotting it will be a task lol. Home Depot soil has done this before .
@TidyTigerpear It's true, repotting a ruby necklace is so freakin' stressful! Felt like I was performing open-heart surgery lol ๐Ÿ˜‹
Only thing I could think is maybe too much sun? I had a similar problem with my jellybeans & red carpet, I moved them in slightly less direct sun(even though sun loving) & they have improved.. I definitely donโ€™t believe itโ€™s overwatering! Hope she makes a turn around โ˜บ๏ธ
