Are you sure that is a blood lily? That looks like an orange spider plant. I've read that they do not put out babies but flowers that self seed. Attaching picture of mature plant in flower I found on Google. I have a very baby one.

@CheyenneRed the Greg ID was blood lily, but after doing some Google searches, I concur with the orange spider plant ID... It's so cute 🥰 thanks for the input
