Succulent Leaves Firm and curling down

I have one Echeveria that is a little wonky. His top rosette is tightly closed but his leaves under are pointing down. They are all firm, although he has shed some of his middle leaves, they dried up and I removed them. Could he need less light??

@Bunny413 I think you're right on the money with that! The firmness wouldn't suggest over/underwatered so try to move it a little farther from the light source. Unfortunately, the bottom leaves that are already pointing down won't raise back up but you can potentially prevent more from shriveling up or turning down. Good luck!
@Bunny413 she's still gorgeous!
It means that there is not enough light for the plant. I have the same issue with some of my succulents.
It kind of looks a bit etiolated. I think you should actually give it more light-- your succulent will not return to normal but is still beautiful! If you leave it in its current position or give it less light it may become long and leggy in the end. I love how he looks though 🀩 Which species is he?
@LittleSongbird @vvvelo She only got this way after I moved her closer to a light. She's not really stretched, it's almost more like her leaves pushed her up. 🀣

I think she is either. Suryeon Echeveria or Green Ice.
@Bunny413 Might be best to experiment with the lighting for a while, then!
@Bunny413 oh, it is an interesting behavior…
Mine did this too! But it was when there was a change in lighting period, I didn’t think it was necessarily a more or less problem, because it was still outside getting just as much sunlight, I think some people tend to cut it off and re root it ? That sounds scary to me , so I just left them on there and she’s been growing fine since… you can see it in the first pic if you look super close πŸ˜‚
