Hello Shaden πŸ™‚

Your monstera would like a good, well draining soil, with some perlite and maybe some orchid bark.
It will like a good chunky soil that drains well ☺️

I have mine in a general soil, mixed with orchid bark, perlite, leca, coconut fibers, and worm castings, and it is a loving life ☺️

Remember that the pot size you choose should only be 1-2 inches bigger than the rootball of the plant, so even tho the plant looks big, the pot shouldn't be! They like to be snug in the pot and prefer to be a little root bound πŸ™‚

And then you should only water it when the top inch or two is dry β˜ΊοΈπŸ’§πŸͺ΄

I love monsteras! They are such beautiful plants!

Happy growing πŸ₯³πŸŒ±
could just be stress but it honestly might be time to put it in a pot, how much light is it getting?
@SparklyOregano soil is pretty easy just something that will drain so its easier to make sure youre getting the water right and if it starts looking sad again have some plant food on hand for it
@SparklyOregano I just got this plant two days ago so this will defiantly be a learning experience! Thank you for the advice ☺️
@Linx That is defiantly a good thing to mention, at first glance I would have assumed it needed a bigger pot but you're exactly right. The rootball is so small, so it needs a pot to fit and eventually it'll out grow and need a new. Thank you!!!πŸ₯°πŸ₯°
Chunky soil is a MUST!! I definitely agree with the perlite, and orchid bark and I even add a handful or two of charcoal. @Linx soil mix sounds AMAZING as well so can’t go wrong with these suggestions!! Be careful with fertilizer, I experienced fertilizer burn with my monstera when I gave her just a tad too much so they can be sensitive to that. Good luck!!!! πŸ€
